INTRODUCING MY TEAM
Joe Greenwood

Joe has recently relocated to the Rangitikei to put down his roots with partner Krystal, joining the Property Brokers team. Joe and Krystal purchased a grand 1800’s villa as a renovation project, and more recently, the sentimental purchase of Armagh House. Armagh House comes with decades of family history for Krystal, whose grandparents and great-grandparents ran the Marton Children’s Home located at Armagh House.

Joe has many years of farming experience, starting out as a farm assistant then progressing onto 50:50 share milking in southern Manawatu. He appreciates how much time and effort goes into running and developing a farm and how important time is for the farmer.

The move to Marton was spurred on by the desire for work/life balance; with three children and four step-children, the life part is well-taken care of. Joe enjoys being involved in his community, spending many Saturday mornings on the side-lines of rugby fields, previously a coach, team manager and committee member for Junior rugby. Joe is a keen social golfer and enjoys a round or two with mates at one of the many quality courses the Rangitikei offers.

With a passion for renovation and restoration, Joe has an eye for detail and is a perfectionist, two traits that compliment his career in real estate. Backed by an experienced, award-winning team, Joe has the motivation to get you the best results in your next property sale or purchase.
